Leur pr\u00e9sence dans cette manifestation nous tenait particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 c\u0153ur comme un t\u00e9moignage de l\u2019importance du lien entre diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations d\u2019artistes.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0En privil\u00e9giant la d\u00e9couverte au d\u00e9tour d\u2019un angle, d\u2019une place, sans jamais jouer la carte d\u00e9monstrative, cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition BIS a su rester \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du village, il s\u2019en d\u00e9gage une certaine po\u00e9sie en harmonie avec l\u2019esprit du lieu. Ce n\u2019est pas la moindre de ses qualit\u00e9s, outre le choix des pi\u00e8ces qui d\u00e9note une volont\u00e9 de montrer la sculpture contemporaine dans sa diversit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>

The artists chosen by the curatorial team took over twenty public spaces in the village, including its ramparts.<\/em><\/p>\n

A jury validated the choice of invited artists and selected four young artists from the documents received following our call for applications.<\/em><\/p>\n

Their presence in this event was particularly important to us as a testimony to the importance of the link between different generations of artists.<\/em><\/p>\n

“By favouring the discovery of a corner, a square, without ever playing the demonstrative card, this first BIS edition was able to remain on the scale of the village, it emanates a certain poetry in harmony with the spirit of the place. This is not the least of its qualities, in addition to the choice of pieces which shows a desire to show contemporary sculpture in its diversity.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
