Depuis 1975, la galerie Catherine Issert d\u00e9veloppe une programmation artistique tourn\u00e9e vers les artistes de la sc\u00e8ne contemporaine internationale.\u00a0<\/p>\n

La galerie Catherine Issert pr\u00e9sente Martin Belou<\/b><\/p>\n

Martin Belou (l\u2019Union, 1986) est un artiste qui cr\u00e9e des situations performatives et des exp\u00e9riences utilisant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments (terre, eau, air, feu). Conduit par l\u2019intuition et un savoir-faire artisanal, l\u2019artiste combine sculpture, dessins et mati\u00e8res organiques dans des installations qui parlent souvent de notions universelles li\u00e9es au travail manuel, la tradition et la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n

En mars 2019, Martin Belou a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re exposition personnelle en galerie \u00e0 Marseille chez Catherine Bastide Projects, en partenariat avec Triangle France \u2013 Ast\u00e9rides. Il a \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019exposition \u00ab Futur, Ancien, Fugitif \u00bb d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la sc\u00e8ne artistique fran\u00e7aise au Palais de Tokyo, Paris ; puis pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une exposition personnelle \u00e0 la Bernier\/Eliades Gallery en 2020 et \u00e0 la Galerie Catherine Issert, Nota Bene, en juin 2021.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Since 1975, Galerie Catherine Issert has been developing an artistic programme focusing on artists from the international contemporary scene. <\/em><\/p>\n

Galerie Catherine Issert presents Martin Belou<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

Martin Belou (l’Union, 1986) is an artist who creates performative situations and experiments using the elements (earth, water, air, fire). Driven by intuition and craftsmanship, the artist combines sculpture, drawing and organic materials in installations that often speak to universal notions of manual labour, tradition and community. <\/em><\/p>\n

In March 2019, Martin Belou presented his first solo gallery show in Marseille at Catherine Bastide Projects, in partnership with Triangle France – Ast\u00e9rides. He also took part in the “Futur, Ancien, Fugitif” exhibition dedicated to the French art scene at the Palais de Tokyo, Paris; then presented a solo show at Bernier\/Eliades Gallery in 2020 and at Galerie Catherine Issert, Nota Bene, in June 2021. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
