C\u2019est une interpr\u00e9tation libre bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019oeuvre <i>Mantiq al-Tayr<\/i>, <i>Le Cantique des oiseaux<\/i>, du po\u00e8te persan Far\u00eed od-d\u00een\u2019 Attar, embl\u00e8me du soufisme et fond\u00e9 sur la sagesse universelle. Cette oeuvre po\u00e9tique chante le voyage de milliers d\u2019oiseaux en qu\u00eate de S\u00eemorgh, figure centrale de la mythologie perse. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un voyage initiatique, symbolique et spirituel, une qu\u00eate de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et d\u2019identit\u00e9 port\u00e9e par ces volatiles qui personnifient diff\u00e9rents traits humains. Guid\u00e9s par la Huppe, incarnation de la sagesse, seuls trente oiseaux parviennent \u00e0 la fin du voyage et se retrouvent face \u00e0 S\u00eemorgh qui n\u2019est autre que le reflet d\u2019eux-m\u00eames\u2026 \u00c0 travers la figure de l\u2019oiseau, animal qui relie la terre au ciel et dont le langage nous est \u00e0 la fois familier et myst\u00e9rieux, ce texte est selon Leili Anvar une invitation \u00e0 se d\u00e9passer, en osant exp\u00e9rimenter de nouvelles formes et langages.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cette oeuvre a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans le cadre de MONDES NOUVEAUX, programme de soutien \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de projets artistiques port\u00e9 par le Minist\u00e8re de la Culture, sur un site du Conservatoire du littoral.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Dans <i>Le Cantique des oiseaux <\/i>\u2014 oeuvre matrice du po\u00e8te persan \u2018Att\u00e2r \u2014 qui a inspir\u00e9 les sculptures-oiseaux de Katia Kameli, les oiseaux repr\u00e9sentent les \u00e2mes humaines en qu\u00eate de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Dans ce long roman en vers persans, le po\u00e8te, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la huppe, se fait guide spirituel et raconte les tribulations des \u00e2mes-oiseaux au cours de leur long voyage. Il \u00e9voque l\u2019exil, chante le retour, dit l\u2019indicible et fait voir l\u2019invisible. (\u2026) La huppe, comme le po\u00e8te, conna\u00eet le pouvoir transformant du r\u00e9cit et la puissance alchimique du verbe (&#8230;) La huppe (hodhod) donc, devient le guide (h\u00e2di) qui saura mener la troupe des oiseaux \u00e0 destination.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<br><\/span>Tout au long du <i>Cantique des oiseaux<\/i>, la huppe sera elle aussi porteuse du souffle narratif. Elle r\u00e9pondra inlassablement aux interrogations, aux doutes et aux excuses des oiseaux en leur racontant des histoires : des contes d\u2019amour et de sagesse, des anecdotes \u00e9difiantes ou dr\u00f4les, des r\u00e9cits venus des quatre coins du monde, le long des routes de la soie ou avec les caravanes d\u2019Arabie. \u00bb<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<br><\/span>Leili Anvar, D\u00e9sir d\u2019envol, 2022<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-ast-global-color-0-color is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Hodhod, (the hoopoe) is a musical sculpture activated by wind and breath. It is a free interpretation based on the work Mantiq al-Tayr, The Conference of the Birds, by the Persian poet Far\u00eed od-d\u00een\u2019 Attar, an emblem of Sufism and based on universal wisdom. This poetic work sings of the journey of thousands of birds in search of S\u00eemorgh, a central figure in Persian mythology. It is an initiatory, symbolic, and spiritual journey, a quest for truth and identity carried by these birds which<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>personify different human traits. Guided by the hoopoe, the incarnation of wisdom, only thirty birds reach the end of the journey and find themselves facing S\u00eemorgh, who is none other than the reflection of themselves&#8230; Through the figure of the bird, an animal that connects the earth to the sky and whose language is both familiar and mysterious, this text is, according to Leili Anvar, an invitation to surpass oneself, by daring to experiment with new forms and languages.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This work was produced as part of MONDES NOUVEAUX, a French program to support the design and production of artistic projects run by the French Ministry of Culture, on a site belonging to the Conservatoire du littoral.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIn The Conference of the Birds &#8211; the masterpiece of the Persian poet \u2018Att\u00e2r &#8211; which inspired Katia Kameli\u2019s bird sculptures, the birds represent human souls in search of truth. In this long novel in Persian verse, the poet, represented by the hoopoe, acts as a spiritual guide, and recounts the tribulations of the bird-souls during their long journey. He evokes the exile, sings of the return, tells the unspeakable and makes the invisible visible. (&#8230;) The hoopoe, like the poet, knows the transforming power of storytelling and the alchemical power of the word (&#8230;) The hoopoe (hodhod), therefore, becomes the guide (h\u00e2di) who will lead the flock of birds to their destination.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Throughout the The Conference of the Birds, the hoopoe is also the bearer of the narrative breath.
