Alex Ayed est diplômé de l’École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris en 2015. Son travail a fait l’objet de plusieurs expositions personnelles dont Owls and Promises au Kunstverein Freiburg, Allemagne (2022) ; Coyote à The Intermission, Grèce (2022) ; Laws of Confusion à The Renaissance Society, Chicago (2021) ; Transumanza à ZERO…, Milan (2021) ; Roaring Forties, Balice Hertling, Paris (2020) ; Soap Opera à B7L9, Tunis (2019) et Exhibition 3 à Institute of Arab and Islamic Art, New York (2019).

Il a également participé à plusieurs expositions collectives dont Soft Water Hard Stone au New Museum, New York, USA (2021) ; Risquons-tout au WIELS Centre d’Art Contemporain, Bruxelles (2020) ; La psychologie des serrures au Centre d’art Neuchâtel, Suisse (2020) ; Children Power, Frac Ile-de-France (2021) ; Jaou Tunis, Tunisie (2019). Son travail a été exposé à la Fondation Louis Vuitton, Paris (2022).

Alex Ayed graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 2015. His work has been the subject of several solo exhibitions, including Owls and Promises at Kunstverein Freiburg, Germany (2022); Coyote at The Intermission, Greece (2022); Laws of Confusion at The Renaissance Society, Chicago (2021); Transumanza at ZERO…, Milan (2021); Roaring Forties, Balice Hertling, Paris (2020); Soap Opera at B7L9, Tunis (2019) and Exhibition 3 at Institute of Arab and Islamic Art, New York (2019).
